摘    要:为进一步提高垂直筛板塔的性能,提出3种改进帽罩结构的塔板,从中筛选出性能优良的新型帽罩结构的塔板。采用冷模实验装置,用空气-水体系进行初步的流体力学测试。3种新型帽罩塔板与标准型帽罩塔板相比,干板压降降低7.2%—30.9%、湿板压降降低7.9%—18%、塔板泄漏量降低16.4%—45.5%、雾沫夹带降低26.4%—58.7%、操作弹性增加60%—190%。3种改进帽罩结构的塔板性能优于标准帽罩结构塔板,倒盆顶帽罩塔板是其中较优良的塔板结构。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of vertical sieve tray,three modified structures of standard caps were put forward for selecting the new cap-tructure tray with excellent performance.The cold model test device was adopted,and a preliminary test of hydrodynamics was researched by using the air-water system.The standard cap tray was compared with three modified caps tray.The result shows that the dry-pressure-drop reduces by 7.2%-30.9%,wet-pressure-drop reduces by 7.9%-18%,weeping liquid reduces by 16.4%-45.5%,liquid entrainment rate reduces by 26.4%-58.7% and operating flexibility increases by 60%-190%.The performance of three modified cap structure trays is better than that of standard cap structure tray,and the cap of inverse basin tip structure can be selected as excellent tray.
