SWRS82B盘条中非金属夹杂物形态和成分的研究

摘    要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对SWRS82B盘条中非金属夹杂物的形态、尺寸及成分进行研究。SWRS82B盘条中非金属夹杂物主要为氧化铝类,氧化钙类以及硅铝酸盐类等复合化合夹杂物;粒径大于40μm的大颗粒非金属夹杂物数量较多,约达到7%,粒径在1μm-25μm之间夹杂物颗粒约占70%。

Abstract:Research in morphology,size and composition of nonmetallic inclusions in SWRS82B wire rod by using op- tical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and spectrometer, nonmetallic inclusions in the SWRS82B wire rod mainly include alumina, oxide, calcium and aluminate and other complex compounds inclusions ; particle size of non - metallic in- clusions is larger than 40μm is more,about 7% ,and particle size between 1 to 25μm about 70%.
