| 摘 要： | 本文开发了一种板框式渗透汽化膜组件，设计了有效膜面积为１６．５ｍ＾２的渗透汽化膜分离装置。经连续运行８００ｈ，该套渗透汽化装置性能稳定，年产无水酒精大于８０ｔ。

| Abstract: | A plate and frame module for pervaporation has been developed. The pervaporation pilot-plant with effective membrane area 16. 5 m2 has been designed. It is shown that the performances of the pervaporation pilot-plant are stable for producing absolute alcohol of more than 80 tons in one year after it is operated continually for 800 hours. |
