| 摘 要： | 在沟通日益重要的今天。笔者通过设计一套从沟通氛围、横向沟通、纵向沟通、沟通渠道等多纬度的调查问卷及实地访谈，了解到现有中小型国企内部沟通所存在的主要问题为沟通氛围严肃：纵向沟通缺乏，部门横向沟通几乎没有；信息不畅。决策缓慢；非正式沟通渠道常被使用等，文章主要从培养沟通能力、调整角色和管理的艺术等方面提出解决建议。

| Abstract: | It is realized that the main problems existed in small or middle enterprises are the dull circumstance of communication;the lack of vertical exchanges,hardly horizontal exchanges among departments;unopened information,slower decisions;informal communication channels used.This article puts up with some solutions from following aspects as:cultivating the abilities of communication,adjusting the roles and methods of administration. |
