高职与独立学院校企合作微观运行机制的比较与探析

在高职院校"校企合作、工学结合"过程中,涉及学校、企业、政府等多个参与者,各个参与者对合作的期望不同,构建紧密、稳定、深入和共赢的校企合作关系需要多层次校企合作机制。本文从政府引导机制、学校保障激励机制等宏观层面入手,对比和分析其他高等院校,特别是以应用型独立学院"校企合作、工学结合"校企合作机制为比较对象,探讨从微观层面构建高职院校校企合作体制及其运行机制。

Comparison and Analysis of School-enterprise Cooperation Policy and Microscopic Mechanism based on Polytechnic and Independent College

During higher vocational colleges ＂school-enterprise cooperation,combining learning with working＂,the cooperation involves many participants,such as schools,enterprises,government,and all participants have different expectations of cooperation.This compact,stable,development and win-win school-enterprise cooperation relationship needs multi-level cooperation mechanism.The paper begins to study from the government guidance mechanism,school security incentive mechanism of macroscopically level.We compare and analyze the school-enterprise cooperation of other colleges,especially analyze the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of the independent college ＂school-enterprise cooperation,combining learning with working＂ as the comparison object.We want to probe into the construction of the polytechnic school-enterprise cooperation system and its operating mechanism from the microcosmic aspect.
