| 摘 要： | 目前,高职院校实践教学师资队伍建设是一个十分重要突出的问题,已经成为影响高职院校生存发展的重要因素,本文通过调查,分析我国高职院校实践教学师资队伍建设存在的主要问题,明确了具体的建设标准,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | Skimming the researches of the novel Green Bamboo by Wu Zuxiang,we can see that there are pluralistic researching methods which can be generally classified into three types：narrative method,cultural method and comparitive method,each of which has enriched the researches of the novel,but wich limitations. |
