| 摘 要： | 在知识经济的时代背景下,在建设创新型国家的要求下,创新意识必将成为公民的基本素质。培养创新型人才则是时代赋予学校教育的重要历史使命。本文在深入调研的基础上,结合实际情况,综合论述在基础教育阶段,创新教育的内涵、定位和实施情况。

Cultivation of innovative talents is endowed in school education the important history mission. In this paper, on the basis of thor- ough investigation, combined with the actual situation, comprehensive exposition at the stage of basic education, the innovation education connotation, orien- tation and implementation are talked about. |
