和谐视野下西部民族地区农民贫困问题探析

西部民族地区农民贫困问题相对其它地区而言尤为突出,究其原因不仅是恶劣自然环境和守旧的人文环境导致的低效率、低产出,而且更多的是自身和制度因素造成。本文通过个案分析试图找出造成西部民族地区农民贫困的根源,并针对所存在的问题提出相应对策和建议,使人们对脱贫有一个新视角。
