| 摘 要： | 技术创新是创新的核心,研究与开发是技术创新的原动力.运用项目管理的思想对研究与开发一般过程进行了分析,给出了研究与开发的一般过程界定,指出了研究与开发活动与企业其他活动的关系,在此基础上,讨论了在研究与开发过程各阶段审核时应注意的要点,提出了在研究与开发过程管理中应把握的原则.

| Abstract: | As innovation is the core for technology innovation, and research and development (R&D) is the original drive for technology innovation, the general process of R&D is analyzed and its general process is defined with the thought of project management, pointing out the relation between the activity of R&D and other enterprise activities. Based on the above, the major points in different phases of R&D needing attention are discussed and the principle in the management is put forward. |
