基于APDL语言的有限元三维参数化建模与分析

摘    要:有限元参数化建模对于特定产品的设计分析十分必要。APDL语言是ANSYS系统提供的一种有限元参数化建模工具,以叉车货叉为例进行参数化建模和有限元分析,效果很好,表明APDL语言非常适合于编程,实现具有相同结构,可变尽寸的系列产品建模分析。

Abstract:Finite element parametric modeling is very important for the design and analysis of specific products. APDL language, provided in ANSYS system, is a tool in parametric finite element modeling. Taking pallet fork on forklift as an example, parametric modeling and finite element analysis are conducted and achieves satisfactory results. The results prove that APDL language is very suitable for programming and can realize modeling analysis of series products of same structure but variable dimensions.
