感应电动机四开关低成本逆变器的磁链轨迹改进控制研究

该文利用磁链轨迹控制方法详细分析了四开关三相低成本逆变器的工作原理，指出其运行性能一般低于六开关逆变器的根本原因。总结出8个基本电压控制矢量，优选其中4个控制矢量进行逆变器的磁链轨迹改进控制。针对四开关逆变器没有零电压控制矢量的特点，提出了回扫延时的概念。针对四开关逆变器的电容均衡分压问题，基于磁链轨迹控制方法提出了有效的解决方案。理论分析和样机实验表明，利用磁链轨迹控制方法对四开关逆变器进行的改进研究收到了预期的效果。

AN IMPROVED DEVELOPMENT OF FOUR-SWITCH LOW COST INVERTER ON INDUCTION MOTOR WITH MAGNETIC-FLUX CONTROL METHOD

The principle of a three-phase low cost inverter with four-switch is discussed in this paper by the method of magnetic-flux controlling. The foundamental reason which made the worse operation performance of the four-swithch inverter than those of the six-swithch inverter is also presented. An improved control method on the inverter is analyzed with magnetic-flux control theory. In this method eight voltage controlling vectors are summarized, four vectors of which are selected to control a motor. Because there is no zero voltage control vectors in the four-switch inverter, a method of spending time by flyback is proposed. The problem of balance between the voltages of two capacitors in the inverter is solved by the magnetic-flux control method.The expected results are acquired by the analysis and the model test.
