微波辅助提取竹叶黄酮的研究

摘    要:探讨用微波辐射技术提取竹叶总黄酮的最佳工艺。以黄酮的提取率为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L(934)正交试验确定微波辅助萃取的最佳工艺条件为:固液质量比为1∶25,溶剂乙醇的体积分数为60%,微波功率为500W,辐射时间为5min,在此条件下,竹叶中的总黄酮提取率可达2.93%。

Abstract:To identify the optimal process conditions of extracting flavones from bamboo leaf by microwave radition technology.Flavones yield as the indexes,based on the single-factor test,the L9(34) orthogonal test was used to determine the best combination conditions of four factors.The results indicated that the ratio of solid to liquid was 1/25(w / w),ethanol concentration was 60%(v / v),microwave radition power was 500 w,extracting time was 5 min.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of flavones was 2.93%.
