| 摘 要： | 铸石板作为耐磨材料,在选煤厂使用中发现具有使用周期短、设备运行不稳定、系统事故率高等缺点。同时,在镶贴、清理旧铸石板过程中,工人劳动强度大,有害物质对人、环境均有危害。针对这种情况,燕子山选煤厂使用了新型金属耐磨材料(WMCN钢)。新型金属耐磨材料(WMCN钢)具有超耐磨、密度高、硬度大、拉伸强度大、冲击吸收功能强、耐磨效果好、使用寿命长等特点,兼具有节能环保效应,市场前景广阔。
