摘    要:由于鄂尔多斯盆地靖边气田局部区块产出高矿化度地层水,加之气井井筒周期性加注缓蚀剂,随着气井生产时间的延长,气井生产管柱出现严重的结垢和堵塞现象,这严重地制约着气井的正常生产,甚至出现减产和停产现象。通过分析堵塞原因和机理,筛选了适合该气田气井解堵的专用药剂,并开展了室内评价和现场试验,取得了较好的效果,为同类气井解堵提供了有效的技术手段。

Abstract:High salinity formation water is produced in the partial blocks of the Jingbian gas field and corrosion inhibitor is injected into wellbore periodically, serious scaling and plugging always happen within production string with the increase of production time, which restricts the normal production of gas wells or even causes output reduction and off production. Through analyzing plugging reason and its mechanism, the special agents suitable to remove plug in the Sebei gas field are selected. The laboratory evaluation and field test are also done, which achieves good effect and provides efficient technology for plugging removal of the similar gas wells.
