基于ARM和MCM69C432的嵌入式防火墙

本文提出了一种基于ARM的硬件防火墙方案，由于采用了内容可寻址存储器芯片MCM69C432，通过构建CAM规则匹配单元对数据包头和数据载荷进行并行过滤，对过滤的结果根据规则响应要求集中进行处理，提高了过滤效率，使得系统处理能力强，简单可靠，相对与纯硬件的基于ASIC的防火墙使用更灵活，适用性更强，具有良好的应用前景。

A Embedded Firewall System Based on ARM and MCM69C432

In this paper, a design for embedded firewall system is introduced. As we use the Content-Addressable Memory chip MCM69C432 controlled by ARM in the system, construct a CAM rule match unit which filters the head and the payload of packets at the same time, responses the results of match according to the requirements of rules, enhances filtration efficiency, it becomes more reliable and easier. Compared with pure hardware firewall based on ASIC, it＇s more flexible and more adaptable. The firewall system has a good application prospect.
