基于Ansys的锚固式储液罐模态分析

摘    要:地震灾害对储液罐的危害巨大,储液罐的抗震研究非常必要。利用Ansys软件建立了锚固式储液罐的有限元计算模型,计算了储液罐的前10阶固有频率,给出了三维主振型图。各阶振型的x向、y向最大应力及主要变形均发生在罐体上沿,说明由于振动产生的罐体破坏容易发生在罐体上沿,因此罐体顶部的抗震加固非常重要,抗震加强圈应靠顶部设置。

Abstract:Liquid storage tanks are exposed to serious damage in the event of earthquakes.It is very necessary to study seismic resistance of liquid storage tanks.A finite element model of anchored liquid storage tanks was made by software Ansys.The first 10 ranks of inherent frequencies were made out,and three-dimensional main vibratory model figures were drawn out.The maximal stress along x-axis and y-axis and the main displacement were found at the top part of the wall of tanks.The conclusion that the breakage of tank wall easily occurs at the top part of body of tanks can be educed.Therefore,it is very important to reinforce the top part of the tank body,and the strengthen circle should lie near the top of wall.
