特种异氰酸酯改性环氧树脂的合成

摘    要:采用研制的4-J氧甲酰氨基甲苯2-异氰酸酯(BCATI)或4-丙烯酰氧乙氧甲酰氨基甲苯2-异氰酸酯(AECATI)中的异氰酸基与环氧树脂或丙烯酸环氧酯树脂中的部分羟基反应,得到改性环氧树脂。经优选试验,得到了合成的适宜条件。通过化学测试与IR图解析,确定了有关合成反应的终点与产物结构,并以改性树脂为原料制成了性能优良的情漆。

Abstract:The modified epoxy resins were synthesized by the reaction between isocyanato of 4-butoxy carbonyl amino toluene 2-isocynate (BCATI) or 4-acryloxy ethoxy carbonyl amino toluene 2-isocynate(AECATI)with partial hydroxy of epoxy resins or epoxy acrylates. The applicable conditions of synthesis were obtained by optimum seeking test.The terminal points of these synthesis reactions and the structures of these products were determinated by the chemical methods and the IR figures analysis. The varnish having superior performances was prepared with the modified resin as basic raw material.
