摘    要:以碱性硅溶胶、甲基三甲氧基硅烷和二苯基二甲氧基硅烷为主要原料,二乙二醇丁醚为溶剂,通过水解-缩聚反应,制得溶剂型有机硅改性硅溶胶。研究了硅溶胶的pH值、中和用酸的种类、R/Si值以及有机硅单体总质量对有机硅改性硅溶胶性能的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺为:用HNO3调节硅溶胶的pH值至4.3~4.5之间、R/Si值为1.25~1.30、有机硅单体的总质量110~120 g(硅溶胶的质量为100 g),在此条件下得到的有机硅改性硅溶胶外观为胶体,成膜性好,其膜的硬度大于6 H、附着力为1级。红外光谱分析表明,有机硅很好地包裹在二氧化硅表面;TG-DSC结果表明,有机硅改性硅溶胶的耐热温度达500℃。

Synthesis and Properties of Solvent Silicone-modified Silica Sol

Abstract:A solvent silicone-modified silica sol was synthesized with alkaline silica sol , methyltrimethox-ysilane and diphenyldimethoxysilane as the raw materials , diethylene glycol butyl ether as the solvent by hy-drolysis/condensation .The influence of pH value of silica sol , types of neutralizing acids , R/Si value and the total amount of silicone monomer on the properties of the silicone-modified silica sol was studied .Results show that the optimal preparation is keeping pH value of HNO 3 between 4.3~4.5 , R/Si value of 1.25~1.30 and the weight ratio of silicone monomer and silica sol at 1.1~1.2∶1.0 .The obtained silica sol is colloidal , and affords good film with pencil hardness 〉6H, and adhesion of class 1.IR analysis suggests that nano-meter SiO2 was coated by silicone .The analysis of TG-DSC indicates that the obtained samples exhibit good heat resistance up to 500 ℃.
