青年教师提高药理学教学能力的体会

摘    要:越来越多的青年教师走上讲台,成为教学工作的主力军。然而青年教师在教学方面缺乏实践经验。尤其是药理学青年教师,因为药理学是一门理论性很强的学科。如何在有限的时间里尽快提高教学能力?本研究探讨了一些如何提高医药高等院校青年教师教学能力的体会。如做足功课,即课前的准备、多媒体简约的制作及讲台风格的树立;请教老教师,学习他们的经验等。

Abstract:More and more young teachers became the main force of the teaching work.However , they lack practical experience in teaching , especially pharmacology young teachers.How to improve the teaching ability as soon as possible in a limited time , and some experience about improving the ability in young teachers of the colleges were discussed .The pharmacology young teachers should try to best do homework , such as preparation before class , making exquisite multimedia and a podium -style of establishment , and learn from old teachers'experiences.
