工学结合人才培养模式的实践探索与实效分析

摘    要:通过实施表明“学习-工作-学习”的工学交替模式比较符合高职院校培养高技能人才的需求。首先是理论知识学习,让学生对专业基础知识有一定的了解。其次是企业顶岗实习,让学生将理论实践化,掌握专业技能。最后,学习提升阶段。通过顶岗实习,学生学习的目的更明确。这种工学交替的学习模式对于提高高职院校学生的技能和专业素质有重要意义。

Abstract:Learning in college first , then working in factory and finally coming back continued learning was an effective for the cultivation of high skilled personnel in vocational colleges .Studying firstly was benefit for students to understand the major theory in the field .The second was the factory practice , which allowing students operated personally and mastered professional skills .Finally , phase was the theory and skill ascension .Through the internship , students'learning objectives were more clearly .The alternation learning mode was important for the improvement of higher vocational college students'skills and professional quality .
