| 摘 要： | 经济增长与经济发展关系密切,但经济增长并不意味着经济发展,转变经济发展方式的深刻内涵可以扩展为3个转变,制约经济发展方式的转变主要有体制机制的障碍和科技创新能力不强等5个因素,如果这些障碍因素解决得好,中国经济发展方式就能够实现加速转变.

| Abstract: | The close relationship between economic growth and econorhic development, but economic growth does not mean that the economic development. The profound connotation of the transformation of economic development mode can be extended to three changes. Changing the mode of economic development mainly has the system mechanism obstacle and scientific and technological innovation capability is not strong and so on five factors, if these obstacles to solve well, China economic development mode can accelerate the transformation. |
