摘 要: | 以膨润土为载体,硝酸锌、硝酸铈和氢氧化钠为原料,采用沉淀法制备了Ce掺杂ZnO/膨润土复合光催化材料.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、氮气吸附仪等对其进行表征,并通过对亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液脱色反应,考察紫外光照射下复合材料的光催化性能.结果表明,复合光催化材料中由于Ce掺杂ZnO的光催化作用与膨润土的吸附性相互协同,显示出优良的光催化活性和稳定性.当Ce的掺杂量为3.0%,同时复合光催化材料的加入量为20 mg/L,MB溶液的pH值为6时,复合光催化材料的性能最优,在紫外灯下照射2 h后,MB溶液的脱色率达到98.6%.

Abstract: | Ce-doped ZnO/bentonite composite photocatalyst was prepared by precipitation method with bentonite, Zn(NO3 )2, Ce(NO3)3 and NaOH. The composite photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and N2 physisorption apparatus. In addition, its photo- catalytic activity for the methylene blue degradation, under visible-light irradiation, was investigated. The experimental results indicate that the composite photocatalyst presents preferable photocatalytic property by the interaction between the photo catalytic activity of Ce-doped ZnO and the adsorptivity of bentonite. The composite photocatalyst also shows excellent photocatalytic activity and stability. When the doping amount of Ce was 3.0% , the decolorization rate of methylene blue could reach 98.6% as the amount of photocatalysts was 20 mg/L and the pH value was 6. |
