高效换热管在空压机中间冷却器中的应用

摘    要:针对离心式空压机中间冷却器,详细阐述了两种不同型式的换热管螺纹管和矩形套片管的结构特点。并结合实际案例,进行详细对比设计,得出在空压机中间冷却器中,矩形套片管的强化换热效果比螺纹管更明显。选取矩形套片管,不仅大大增加了换热面积,阻力降也小于螺纹管,间接降低了空压机的能耗,设备重量减轻,节约了设备投资,给企业带来了巨大的经济效益。

Ei cient Heat Exchange Tube in the Application of the Air Compressor Intercooler

Abstract:For the centrifugal air compressor intercooler, expounds on the two different types of heat exchange tube thread tube and rectangular set and the structure characteristics of tube. Combined with the actual case, detailed contrast design, draw in air compressor intercooler, rectangular tube set of strengthening heat transfer effect is more obvious than threaded pipe. Set to select the rectangular tube, not only greatly increases the heat exchange area, pressure drop is less than the threaded pipe, also indirectly reduce the compressor power consumption, equipment weight, save equipment investment, brought huge economic benefits to the enterprise.
