高职院校心理健康教育体系的构建

从高职院校大学生存在的自控能力差、学习能力弱以及人际关系处理不好等心理健康问题入手,分析了高职院校心理健康教育存在的师资力量薄弱、思想上不重视和教育方式不科学等不足,并针对现阶段高职院校及高职院校大学生的特点,提出了高职院校心理健康教育应该成立心理健康教育的组织机构,建立心理健康档案,设置心理健康教育课程,开展心理咨询及心理健康教育活动,积极构建高职院校心理健康教育体系.
