摘    要:为了解决矿山采空区矿石回收利用及在恶劣环境下消除作业人员直接接触危险危害隐患等,远程遥控采矿技术应运而生,开展其相关研究和工程应用对于促进我国地下金属矿山安全、经济、高效开采意义重大。通过对山特维克LH514E电动铲运机进行无损化改造,在未破坏原车线路的同时,实现了远程遥控行走和出矿,可随时切换遥控远程和本地手动控制,达到本质安全,现场工程应用效果良好,出矿效率达到人工出矿的85%,智能化改造后装备利用率提高30%以上,同时对其他型号铲运机无损改造提供了借鉴意义。

Abstract:Nowadays, most underground mines have entered the stage of large-scale mining, to solve the goaf ore recycling and eliminate the hidden dangers of direct contact with operators in the harsh environment, remote control mining technology came into being, and its related research and engineering applications are of great significance to promote the safe, economical and efficient mining of underground metal mines in China. Through the non-destructive transformation of the Sandvik LH514E electric scraper, this paper realizes the remote control walking and mining without destroying the original vehicle line, and can switch remote control and local manual control at any time, realizing intrinsic safety, the on-site engineering application effect is good, the mining efficiency reaches 85% of the artificial ore, and the utilization rate of equipment after intelligent transformation is increased by more than 30%. At the same time, it provides reference significance for the non-destructive transformation of other types of scrapers.
