| 摘 要： | 湿流程药水的在线分析系统正在被越来越多的PCB企业评估引进,以提高流程自动化和智能化水平。本文结合行业应用实践和理论分析,论述了在线分析系统应用的可行性和投资回报。在可行性方面,在线分析系统可以完成PCB工厂90%的人工化学分析项目。在投资回报方面,在线分析系统的投资回收期小于3年。

| Abstract: | Online analysis system of wet process chemical is introduced and evaluated by more and more PCB factories to improve process automation and intelligence level.According to the factory practice and theory analysis,this article discusses the feasibility and investment return of online analysis system application.In the field of feasibility,online analysis system can complete 90%of chemical analysis items in PCB factory.In the field of investment return,the payback period of online analysis system is less than 3 years. |
