摘    要:某工业型燃气轮机水清洗后,检查发现滑油乳化,从滑油系统原理出发,发现低压压气机至滑油系统 的管路未拆除,使得清洗溶液流人油气分离箱,造成水溶液与滑油混合,出现滑油乳化现象。针对该事项,对 燃气轮机水清洗运行规范进行升级优化并提出注意事项,为后续机组运行及燃气轮机水清洗提供借鉴。

Abstract:After the water cleaning of an industrial gas turbine, the lubricating oil emulsifying phenomenon was found. Based on theprinciple of the lubrication system, it was found that the pipeline from the low-pressure compressor to the lubrication system was notremoved, which caused the cleaning solution to flow into the oil-gas separation box, resulting in the mixing of the water solution and thelubricating oil, resulting in the lubricating oil emulsification phenomenon. In view of this matter, the operation specification of gasturbine water cleaning is upgraded and optimized, and matters for attention are put forward to provide reference for tlie subsequent unit operation and gas turbine water cleaning.
