摘    要:阐述燃气-蒸汽联合循环启停操作过程中汽包壁温差大的现象,从余热锅炉汽包结构特点和启停过程传热特性入手,详细剖析余热锅炉汽包壁温差超限的原因,找到余热锅炉负荷变动中汽包壁温差大的末端影响因素。机组实际运行中优化操作包括提高余热锅炉汽包上水初温、改变汽包升温升压速率、加快余热锅炉水循环等等,防止机组启停过程中汽包上、下壁温差大,对于优化余热锅炉启停操作和限制汽包上、下壁温差的燃气轮机电厂有借鉴意义。

Abstract:This paper explained the process and phenomenon of large temperature diference in drum wall during the start-stop operation of gas-steam combined cycle, analyzed the causes of excess temperature difference in the drum wall of waste heat boiler in detail from the structural characteristics of the drum and the heat transfer characteristics during start-stop process, and found out the terminal influencing factors of large temperature difference in drum wall of waste heat boiler during load variation. In the actual operation of the unit, the optimized operation can improve the initial water temperature of the waste heat boiler drum, change the rate of heating and pressure boost of the drum, speed up the circulation of waste heat boiler water and other means to prevent the large temperature differencc between the upper and lower walls of the drum during the start and stop process of the unit. It can be used for reference in gas turbine power plant to optimize the start-stop operation of waste heat boiler and limit the temperature differencc between upper and lower drum walls.
