矩形软接触结晶器内磁场分布的实验研究

摘    要:研究了不同条件下矩形软接触结晶器内的电磁场分布规律。结果表明,矩形软接触电磁连铸结晶器角部存在明显的磁场叠加现象;沿结晶器窄面的磁场分布比较均匀,而宽面上的磁场分布均匀性较差,通过合理布置切缝,可提高软接触结晶器内的磁感应强度和磁场分布的均匀性,宽面上的切缝应采用不均匀方式布置,可在宽面中心位置附近布置相对较多的切缝,在矩形软接触结晶器角部不布置切缝,磁感应强度的最大值出现在线圈中心偏上位置附近,随感应线圈上升,该最大值增大,其位置上移,将线圈靠近结晶器入口安装,有助于均匀周向磁场,在线圈中心位置附近的磁感应强度分布较均匀,实际浇铸过程中,应将液面控制在线圈高度中心与线圈顶端位置之间。

Abstract:In order to get the rectangular soft-contact mold with reasonable structure, the distribution of magnetic flux density was investigated experimentally. The results show that the electromagnetic flux overlap aooears distinctly at the corner of rectangular soft-contact mold. The distribution of magnetic flux density along narrow face is more uniform than that along the wide face of soft-contact mold. By reasonably controlling and adjusting slits position, the magnetic flux density and its uniformity can be improved synchronously. The slits position along width face should be arranged non-uniformly, and the distances between slits in the midst of width face are smaller than those near corner. The slit should not be arranged at the corner of soft-contact mold. The maximum magnetic flux density is located slightly above the center of coil, moreover, as the coil position sets upward, the maximum value of magnetic flux density increases and its location rises upward to the top of mold. The magnetic flux density along the circumference becomes larger and more uniform with rising coil up to the top of mold. The magnetic flux density is uniform near the center of coil, therefore, the meniscus level in mold should locates between the coil center and the top of mold in casting operation.
