| 摘 要： | 机器视觉是建立在图像处理技术研究基础上的一门新兴检测技术．基于视觉传感器的检测系统具有抗干扰能力强,效率高,组成简单等优点．随着计算机软件．硬件技术的发展,以及机器视觉理论的完善,机器视觉越来越多地应用到工业生产现场的在线．非接触检测及监控。本文提出了一种基于PC板卡式的机器视觉检测方案．用于烟草行业中进行烟包包装检测。

| Abstract: | Visual inspection is a new detection technology based on computer visual research.This measuring technique based on visual sensor offers high anti-interference,high efficiency and simple composition.With the progress of computer technology and machine vision theories,Visual inspection is more and more widely used for on-line non-contact supervision of production process.This article gives some advice to solve the detection of cigarette packaging in tobacco industry on PC-Base machine vision. |
