摘    要:当雨水侵入脱空的水泥混凝土路面形成积水时,积水与基层材料中的细料形成泥浆,周而复始,恶性循环,最终导致接缝边缘破碎,板边、板中断裂等。在水泥混凝土道路改建为"白加黑"中,脱空板块注浆是维修处理的一道关键工序。介绍了判断板底脱空主要办法是测定弯沉值。凡主点弯沉值>0.2mm且差异弯沉值>0.06mm的板块,表明脱空已较严重。又介绍了注浆工艺、灌注孔布设、灌注浆液调制以及灌注操作。实践验证,注浆后主点弯沉值≤0.2mm的板块多于93%,效果显著。

Injection Applied to Reconstruction of Caoxi Rd (N) in Shanghai
Abstract:Rain leaking into the gap and becoming dead water under the cement concrete pavement will form slurry with the fine materials in the road base, which is a vicious circle and finally leads to the da- mage at the edge of the joint and the side and middle of the slab. In reconstruction of the cement concrete pavement into the asphalt pavement, a key step of treatment is to inject cement into the gap under the slab. The main way to judge a gapped slab is to measure its deflection. Wherever the main point deflection is greater than 0.2 mm and the differential deflection is greater than 0.06 mm, there's severe gapping. Introduced also is the injection technique, including distribution of the grouting holes, grout mixing and operation. It is proved in practice that remarkable effect can be achieved when the slabs (the deflection of main point ≤ 0.2 mm) are more than 93%.
