摘    要:二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼(MoDDP)具有十分优异的抗磨减摩性能,实际应用的这类含钼添加剂一般为一混合物。硫代过氧二磷酸酯(TPDP)为MoDDP减摩剂中一种主要的非钼化合物。研究TPDP与MoDDP的相互作用,有助于认识MoDDP的摩擦行为。采用俄歇电子能谱分析研究了TPDP对MoDDP硫化反应速度的影响,并在四球机上考察了TPDP对MoDDP摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:TPDP的存在可提高摩擦副表面的硫化反应速度及抗磨减摩性能。因此,MoDDP减摩剂中含有一定量TPDP是有益的

Abstract:Di-(iso-propyl) sulfurized oxomolybdenum dithiophosphate (MoDDP) and tetra-(iso-propyl) trioperoxydiphosphate (TPDP) have ecellent antifriction proptrty. These materials used in practice usualy are mixture. TPDP is a main composition without Mo in this kind of antifriction agent. Studing the interplay between TPDP and MoDDP on the friction surface will help to understand the friction behavior of MoDDP. Influence of TPDP on reaction rate of MoDDP sulfurization has been studied by using AES instrument, and the influence of TPDP on MoDDP friction damage has been investigated by using four-ball machine. The result shows that the existance of TPDP can enhance the antiwear property and sulfurization reaction rate on the auxillary friction surface, hence certain amount of TPDP existing in MoDDP is helpful.
