摘    要:介绍了人工降雨径流测控系统的组成和功能,它是一种以工业控制机为核心的集散系统,可实现各种不同强度、时空分布的人工降雨,通过计算机完成雨量、土壤含水量、水位、环境等参数的采集。系统的控制、数据采集和处理软件采用BorlandC++语言在Windows环境下开发设计

Abstract:The components and functions of the measurement and control system for artificial rainfall and runoff,are indroduced in this paper.The system is a collecting distributing system which with an industrial computer as the core.The measurement and control system can realize artificial rainoff with different densities and distributions in time and space.The volumes of rainfall,discharge,soil moisture,water level and the indexes of environment elements can be collected by the system.The softwave for the system control,data collection and processing are developed by Borland C under the Windows.
