| Abstract: | The components and functions of the measurement and control system for artificial rainfall and runoff,are indroduced in this paper.The system is a collecting distributing system which with an industrial computer as the core.The measurement and control system can realize artificial rainoff with different densities and distributions in time and space.The volumes of rainfall,discharge,soil moisture,water level and the indexes of environment elements can be collected by the system.The softwave for the system control,data collection and processing are developed by Borland C under the Windows. |
