摘    要:对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢中铁素体的形态、分布及其数量对晶间腐蚀性能的影响进行了探讨,并对如何降低晶间腐蚀及热处理工艺进行了试验研究。试验是根据1Cr18Ni9Ti材料成分组织原始状态的特点,采用对比实验的方法,以获得比较理想的铁素体含量并改善铁素体形态、分布的工艺方法。

Abstract:The effects of ferrite shape, distribution and quantity in 1Cr18Ni9Ti on corrosion among crystalline grains are studied. The technique experiment on decreasing ferrite content and improving ferrite shape and distribution is also researched. Comparing with original structure characteristics of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, contrastive experiment is done to obtain an ameliorative technique for decreasing ferrite content and improving ferrite shape and distribution.
