浅谈二手挖掘机进口检验程序

二手挖掘机属于高风险旧机电产品,国家对旧机电产品实施严格的检验监管,国家质检总局为此特别制定了《进口旧机电产品检验监督程序规定》（质检总局2003年53号令）对进口旧机电产品进行监管。按照要求,进口旧机电产品需要通过实施备案许可、装运期预检验、到货检验和监督管理等4个环节。

Discussion the Import Inspection Procedures of Used Excavators

With the fast speed of Chinese urbanization,the market demand to construction machinery has been increased with a large margin,especially the excavator.Moreover,price advantage of used excavator makes demand of import products increased.While some of used excavator are not fitted in with Chinese standards and technical specifications,such as safety, health,environmental protection,etc.There is a big security risk for production and daily life. This paper will make a discussion in the arrival inspection links of used excavator,in order to strengthen the inspection and supervision for relevant staff on safety,health,environmental protection and anti-fraud of the imported used excavator.
