摘 要: | 企业在决定保持与不保持以及雇员离职与否决策时,需要全面对其风险进行分析,企业和雇员在决策时都以风险最小化为目标.从企业和雇员的角度分析了离职带来的风险,构建了成本收益模型,从而进一步提出了雇员保持的组织策略.

Abstract: | A comprehensive analysis will be made by an enterprise when it makes a decision whether its employees leave their jobs or not.Both enterprises and emplogees take minimum risk as their target when making a decision.The risk of leaving jobs is analyzed from the angles of both enterprises and employees.A cost-benefit model is established and the organizational strategies of employee-keeping are presented in this paper. |
