摘    要:采用气相色谱测定胆固醇的方法,对分离出来的7个潜在益生菌菌株进行了体外纯培养模式降低胆固醇的实验,结果表明,双歧杆菌普遍具有较强的降低胆固醇能力,其次是干酪乳杆菌。总之,进行功能性实验的7株益生菌在纯培养模型和发酵模型中均表现出了不同的脱除胆固醇能力,这主要是由菌株本身的特性决定的.

Abstract:The study was conducted using MRS broth supplemented with chelesterol solution, and using gas chromatography to determine the concentrations of chelesterol in medium; Four strains of bifidobacteria showed the highest reduction after 10 h incubition, the strains of B. longum, L.casei and L. rhamnosus also showed higher reduction of chelesterol; Overall there was wide variation in the chelesterol reducing ability of strains, indicating it to be a strain specific character.
