摘    要:以1-甲基-4-硝基-3-正丙基吡唑-5-甲酰胺为原料,采用水合肼-三氯化铁-活性炭体系,合成了4-氨基-1-甲基-3-正丙基吡唑-5-甲酰,研究结果表明,水合肼还原具有操作简单,反应条件温和,成本低,收率高的特点,宜于工业化生产。

Abstract:The synthesis of 4-amino-1-methyl-3- n -propylpyrazole-5-carboxamide from 1-methyl-4-nitro-3- n -propylprazole-5-carboxamide was improved. The hydrazine bydrate-iron trichloride-activated carbon system has been utilized as reductant. The experimental results show hydrazine hydrate reducion that it was simple, mild and inexpnsive. The yield was higher and more suitable for industrial prodution.
