| 摘 要： | 随着老龄人口数量的不断上升，城市中既有住区适老化程度较低与老年人居住的矛盾日益加深。基于针对合肥市4个代表性既有住区进行的实地调研以及对老年居民适老化改造需求的问卷调查、访谈，汇总、分析了既有住区老年人对适老化改造的总体意愿和具体需求，旨在提高老年人在既有住区中的居住生活质量。

| Abstract: | It has been a prominent dilemma that the existing residential could not meet the increasing aging population’s needs. This paper makes eforts on finding out the general wishes and specific demand of senior residents in elderly-adaptive renovation, and aims at improving the living quality of senior residents in existing residential. Al data presented in this paper came from an investigation on senior residents from 4 representative existing residential areas in Hefei. |
