空心圆柱试样试验仪主应力轴旋转加载原理及试样形变检测技术的研究

摘    要:介绍了新研制的空心圆柱试样试验仪的整体结构及加载原理,为了使整个连续试验过程遵循设定的应力路径,采用Kalman滤波递推预报及Wittenmark自校正递推预报来克服四个加载通道间响应速度的不一致,特别是电液伺服加载系统存在的滞后。研制了高精度光栅位移传感器以完成试验过程中试样的形变检测。整个试验过程在IBM一PC/XT控制下自动完成。

Abstract:Thls paper describes the structure and the loading principle of the newly developed hollow cylinder specimen shaped testing apparattls. In order to make the whole testing course follow the given sires -path,adoPting Kalman filter predictor and Wittenmark self - tuning predlctor method successfully overcome the nonuniform response among the f our loading channels, especially the lag of the electro-hydraulic servo system. Using the developed precise optical grating transducres achive the deformation testing of the specimen.All the above are under the control of microAiucornputer IBM PC/XT.
