| 摘 要： | 开展建设项目水责源论证后评估是加强建设项目水资源论证后期监督管理的一项重要工作.基于实行最严格水资源管理制度的要求,提出了水资源论证后评估工作主要内容和存在的问题,在此基础上指出水资源论证后评估的工作重点,如加强现场查验,重视水平衡测试,建立完善后评估规范和制度体系等.

| Abstract: | Post-evaluation of water resource assessment for construction project is one of the key tasks for the later supervision and management. Its contents and associated problems are raised under the requirement of implementing the stringent water resources management system. The working focus of post-evaluation is put forward, such as strengthening on-site inspection, paying more attention on water balance test and completing rules and regulations. |
