摘    要:本文介绍了用大功率CO_2激光束在45钢表面进行WC-B_4C-SiC-CO激光熔覆处理。对不同扫描速度下熔覆层的显微组织和性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:扫描速度对激光熔覆组织和性能影响比较显著。

Abstract:In this paper,the experiment study of laser smelting WC-B_4C-SiC-Co alloy cladded on the 45 steel surface by using a high power CO_2 laser is presented .After treating with different scanning speeds,the microstructure and performances of the clad layer are observed,examined and analyzed.The experimental re- sults show the obvious influence of the scanning speeds on the microstructure and properlies of the laser cladding.
