| 摘 要： | "兵马未动,粮草先行"。建立高效、精干、合理的后勤保障体系是增强办学活力,保障学院教学、科研健康有序发展的重要前提。构建高效合理的后勤保障体系必须坚持公益性第一、经济性第二的原则。同时必须优化资源配置,建立合理的管理体制,加强制度建设,引进市场竞争机制。
