摘    要:为研究涡旋式膨胀机内部流体的流动特性,本文在分析涡旋式膨胀机工作原理的基础上,建立了内部工作腔的二维模型。模拟计算采用了动网格和标准k-ε湍流模型,利用Fluent 6.3模拟实现了涡旋膨胀机内部气体非定常流动的动态分析,得到了不同转角时刻的压力分布和速度分布图,模拟结果表明膨胀腔内压力和速度的分布存在不均匀性。为深入研究膨胀机的工作特性提供了参考依据。

Abstract:In order to study the interior flow field characteristic,a two-dimensional model of the scroll expander has been developed.The dynamic mesh and a standard k-ε turbulence model was used in the simulation.With the aid of the software Fluent 6.3,the unsteady flow field including the pressure and the velocity distribution in the working chamber were achieved.Results show that the distribution of the pressure and the velocity is asymmetric.These provide theoretical reference for further study of the working performance of the scroll expander.
