晶闸管交流调压电路的触发方案研究

摘    要:比较分析了异步电机晶闸管交流调压软起动器中各种触发电路、电压同步和电流同步、双脉冲触发和宽脉冲触发等方案。仿真和实验证明,电压同步的宽脉冲触发方案最可靠,但需加大脉冲变压器的功率或使用脉冲列;电流同步的双脉冲触发方案次之,但存在稳定性问题,即如果受外界干扰后会产生完全失控的现象。

Abstract:Several trigger methods for thyristor AC-voltage regulator as asynchronous machine soft starter are compared and analyzed in this paper,including the synchronization trigger by line voltage or phase current,and double-pulses or wide-pulses etc.Simulative and experimental results shown that wide-pulses triggering circuit synchronized by line voltage is best one,which is more reliable than any other triggering methods,and the double-pulses triggering circuit synchronization by phase current is also a better one, but it exists a problem of unstable.
