摘    要:为满足毫米波无线通信系统的需求,研制了一种宽带毫米波电磁偶极子天线.该天线采用基片集成波导缝隙耦合馈电,抑制了表面波辐射,降低了传输损耗.采用电磁仿真软件HFSS进行建模仿真,分析了辐射贴片尺寸、馈电缝隙宽度和金属通孔半径对天线反射系数和辐射特性的影响,仿真给出了天线在28 GHz和32 GHz的E面和H面主极化和交叉...

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of millimeter-wave wireless communication system,a broadband millimeter-wave electromagnetic dipole antenna is developed.The antenna is fed by slot coupling of the substrate integrated waveguide,which suppresses the surface wave radiation and reduces the transmission loss.This paper uses the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS for modeling and simulation,and also analyses the effects of the size of the radiation patch,the width of the feed gap and the radius of the metal hole on the reflection coefficient and radiation characteristics of the antenna.The simulation presents the main polarization and cross-polarization pattern characteristics of E-plane and H-plane at 28 GHz and 32 GHz.The result shows that the antenna’s impedance bandwidth of-10dB is 25.0-33.4 GHz,and the gain in the operating frequency band is stable,with the pattern stable,and the radiation pattern of E-plane and H-plane low cross polarization.The characteristics of broadband and easy integration make the proposed antenna have a good application prospect in millimeter-wave wireless communication system.
