摘    要:研究设计了一种应用于油田的立式塔架结构直驱抽油机采油设备。介绍了总体方案架构,重点分析了外转子式低速大力矩永磁式同步直驱电动机、电动机控制柜和塔架设计方案。实际应用结果表明,结构更简单、可靠性更高,解决了常规抽油机机械效率低、难以实现长冲程和高耗能的难题,与常规抽油机相比节能效果达到35%以上,极具应用和推广价值。

Research and Application of Vertical Tower Pumping Unit Based on External Rotor Type Low Speed Direct Drive Motor

Abstract:This paper studies and designs a vertical tower structure direct drive pumping unit for oil field.The overall scheme structure is introduced,and the design scheme of external rotor type low-speed and large-torque permanent magnet synchronous direct drive motor,motor control cabinet and tower is analyzed emphatic.The practical application results show that the structure is simpler and more reliable,which solves the problems of low mechanical efficiency,difficult to realize long stroke and high energy consumption of conventional pumping units.Compared with conventional pumping units,the energy saving effect reaches more than 35%,which is of great application and popularization value.
