基于S7-200仿真软件的PLC教学探索

摘    要:可编程控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC),在工业现场中凭借其应用广泛、使用方便、功能强大等特点,已经成为现代工业自动化的主要支柱之一。PLC课程与实际工程应用联系密切,是一门实践性、综合性很强的课程,因此,只通过课堂上单纯的理论分析难以将课程的重点、难点讲解清楚。文章通过S7-200仿真软件在PLC教学中的一个典型应用实例,介绍了S7-200仿真软件的功能和使用方法,肯定了S7-200仿真软件在一体化教学中取得的效果。

Exploration of PLC teaching based on S7-200 simulation software

Abstract:Programmable controller is abbreviated as PLC.It is widely used,easy to use,and powerful in industrial field.It has become one of the main pillars of modern industrial automation.The PLC course is closely related to practical engineering applications.It is a practical a nd comprehensive course.T herefore,it is d ifficult to explain t he key points a nd d ifficulties of t he course only t hrough pure theoretical analysis in the classroom.In this paper,through a typical application examples based on the S7-200 simulation software in the teaching of PLC,it is introduced the function of S7-200 simulation software and application method,and affirmed the S7-200 simulation software in the integration of teaching effect.
