低渗透油田压裂技术稳产上产的方法研究

摘    要:油田进入高含水期开采后,压裂措施对象的条件发生了很大变化。压后措施井保护机制就显得特别重要,同时也是提高压裂效果的必要条件,文中收集整理已有压裂井生产数据,对压裂效果合理分类,研究周围水井注水调整时机和调整范围,对压裂效果较差的措施井,确定堵水时机和堵水层位。对水井的注水时机以延长有效期,对于油井的堵水时机和堵水层位有指导意义。在一类区块实施缝内多分支缝压裂42口井,平均单井初期日增油2.1 t,截止到目前累计增油1.38×104t,增加产油效益3968万元,实施缝网压裂改造技术的22口井,免修期延长143天,节约作用费用53.7万元。

Abstract:After the oilfield enters the high water cut stage,the conditions of the fracturing objects have changed greatly.After pressing measures well protection mechanism is especially important,is also the necessary condition to improve the effect of fracturing,the paper collected for fractured well production data,rational classification of the fracturing effect,study around Wells water injection timing and the adjusting range,measures the well of the fracturing effect is poorer,the date for water plugging and water plugging layer.Prolonging the period of validity of water injection is instructive to the water shutoff time and water shutoff horizon of oil Wells.Forty-two Wells have been fractured with multi-branch fractures in the first-class block,with an average daily oil increase of 2.1 t per well in the initial stage,and a cumulative oil in wells with fracture network fracturing technology,the maintenance free period has been extended by 143 days,and the operating cost has been saved by 537000 yuan.
