Power System Unit Commitment with Large-scale Wind Power Considering Multi-time Scale Output Flexibility

Abstract:Considering the constraints of unit startup and shutdown,multi-time scale output flexibility model is established.The multitime scale flexibility requirement analysis model is established with the consideration of the temporal variation of wind power prediction error distribution.Based on mixed integer linear programming(MILP),taking into account the multi-time scale output flexibility,power system unit commitment model with large-scale wind power is proposed,reflecting the multi-time scale flexible supply-demand balance of the power system,and improving the system economy on the premise of ensuring the flexibility and safety.The computational complexity can be reduced with the mixed integer linear programming model,which provides a foundation for large-scale system application.
